SYSTEM 001 / ORDERING & DELIVERY

MURMUR / ORDERING & DELIVERY

What can be purchased today.

The store currently contains several different offer types. Read the relevant listing before paying:

• SYSTEM 001 Founder’s Reservation — A$250: a refundable early-access allocation under its published terms, not shipment of a finished garment.
• MURMUR Wearable Systems Architecture Review — A$149: a written architecture/prototype-planning service for one submitted concept.
• Digital or commissioned products: where listed, the deliverable, licence, customisation and delivery method are stated on that listing.
• BUILD ACCESS — free: development updates; no paid reservation or finished-product order.

Founder reservation credit and cancellation

The full A$250 is intended to be credited toward an eligible Founder Edition purchase. You may request a full refund before you explicitly accept the final Founder Edition specification, final price and finished-product order terms. If an eligible production offer is not opened to you, the reservation will be refunded in full.

Architecture Review delivery

The Architecture Review is delivered electronically. The five-business-day review period begins after MURMUR confirms receipt of sufficient material to perform the review. Missing essential material pauses the review. The service is not certification, regulatory approval or physical testing.

Digital and commissioned delivery

Digital files or access are supplied as stated on the listing. Custom commissions use the delivery method and timetable stated on their listing or agreed project correspondence. Physical print or other physical fulfilment, where expressly included, is subject to the shipping basis disclosed for that item.

SYSTEM 001 future product orders

COWL and MOLT CORE remain development components of SYSTEM 001 and are not currently offered as a completed Founder Edition. Before a full product order opens, an orderable configuration must have an approved specification, measurements/sizing, clear inclusions, final price, care information, production quantity and a dispatch window supported by the manufacturing plan.

Physical delivery

The Founder’s Reservation and Architecture Review do not require physical shipping. No production dispatch date or final shipping tariff has been announced for SYSTEM 001. Delivery charges, supported destinations and applicable taxes/duties for any future physical order will be disclosed before that order is accepted.
